Human emotion- slightly exaggerated.

Here are three out of way too many photos in my latest escapade of simple portraiture. Before and following my recent addiction to the works of Richard Avedon, I have always loved simplicity and how it can bring something out, like a product, emotion, phrase, punchline, etc. In these specific few shots I think we can start to feel something inside even though all we are seeing are ears, eyes, noses and mouths. Maybe hair too.

The comments on your photos in class is that they wanted to find the girl and give her a hug...which means you successfully showed the emotion. Simplicity makes photo imagery so strong.

Looking forward to seeing your work and learning more about you through your images.
